As a non-profit organization, we are committed throughout Switzerland to creating a balance between family and career, with our solutions for childcare and eldercare. We contribute to the private sector of society by uniting the interests of those in work with those of the business world. Despite our national operations, we have local bases and are thus able to provide a range of services that comprehensively meet the local needs of our clients and association members as they change over time.

It goes without saying that networking with other specialist organizations and public-sector institutions is a key part of our work.

As a professional help-point, we support our members' commitment to a balance between family and career with our solutions for childcare and eldercare. We use the resources at our disposal judiciously and economically in the interests of our member companies. In doing so, we address the changing demands of the world of work on an ongoing basis.
