In addition to the five weeks of vacation per year, you will even receive an additional week from the age of 50. Every five years we thank you and give you a sum of money or paid vacation on your work anniversary.
Don't think 5-6 weeks vacation is enough? No problem! With profawo you have the option of buying one or two additional weeks of vacation. Each additional week of vacation will cost you 2% of your annual salary (gross).

profawo offers generous social benefits. For example, the association pays the entire costs for accident insurance (occupational and non-occupational accident - normally 50/50). Our employees are insured with the pension fund on a non-mandatory basis (better than the legal requirement).
