The modular system comprises four workshops led by a profawo specialist. The workshops address the topic of work & care, focusing on work and family care balance. They aim to engage employees at all levels, raise their awareness and direct them to available support services.
The Company Check workshop can only be booked after completing the Company Check module.
Line managers are introduced to the topic of care & co. They are taught possible solutions and shown both the benefits and potential of a company culture that supports a work-care balance. Participants are also made aware of their key role in maintaining work and family care balance within the company. They will be provided with practical tips on promoting a care-sensitive company culture.
The company-specific findings from the Company Check module are compiled and displayed graphically. Active engagement by participants with their company data forms the foundation for developing a company culture that is sensitive to and considers the work-care balance.
Participants learn about the key aspects of distance caregiving. Using practical examples, you will devise possible support measures for your company and discuss them. Sharing experiences enables you to approach the topic constructively and openly.
Employees, HR experts and line managers will gain insights into financial security in relation to balancing work and family care. Participants are also given a guided task to help them analyse their own situation and share ideas.
